Overview
This recruitment plan offers a high impact 2 week recruiting period during the first 2 weeks back at School following the Summer Holidays. This is intended to allow a pack to dedicate all energies to recruitment during this period, and then immediately revert back to running an amazing program for our youth.
Parents tend to start making activity decisions for their children soon after school starts. This strategy focuses on creating awareness of scouting during the summer, with a push to join starting at the same time school starts.
Typically, a 10% of sign ups will happen over summer, the 70% sign up by the sign up night, and the remainder will occur over the following 6-8 weeks.

Membership Coordinator should Accept & Welcome New applications daily
Call all Parents who submit an Invitation and offer to answer any questions about scouting
